  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return or request a refund.
  • Please send an email to support@elegantybotique.com with your request and we will issue and proceed your refund.
  • As per our policy you have a 14 days from the date of receiving the items to return it.
  • Any dispute or complaign will not be considered unless you send an email within the mentioned period, and please keep a copy of the email sent as a refrence.

Delivery times can vary from 10 - 21 days, especially for international shipments. Due to customs processing and other logistical factors, delivery may take longer than expected. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time for these potential delays. You will receive an estimated delivery date when your order is shipped.

Currently, we do not offer replacements. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund and then repurchase the desired item. This ensures you receive exactly what you want and maintains the integrity of our inventory system.

At this time, we are only delivering within the UAE. We are working on expanding our delivery services and will update our customers as soon as we start shipping to other countries.

We currently accept payments in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). As we expand our sales operations to other countries, we will introduce additional currencies to accommodate our international customers. This transition will be seamless, and the currency will automatically update based on your location.

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

Once your payment is completed, an invoice for your order will be sent to the email address you registered with. This invoice will include all the details of your purchase, including item descriptions, prices, and the total amount paid.

After your payment is finalized, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. You can use the tracking number on our website or through the carrier's tracking system to stay updated on your shipment's progress.
